This intimate coaching experience uses the Enneagram — a powerful personality framework that identifies nine distinct types, each with unique motivations, fears, and behavioral patterns — to reveal what drives your behavior: the brilliant strengths you lean on and the unconscious reactions that hold you back.
Through two powerful coaching sessions, you'll gain the self-awareness and compassion needed to recognize when you’re stuck in old patterns and the clarity to choose differently. As we dive into deep layers the Enneagram offers, you’ll understand what motivates you, how you show up under stress, and how to access the highest expression of who you are.

A brief, intuitive questionnaire that begins your self-discovery (and provides valuable insights for our work together)
A 1.5-hour deep-dive coaching session to explore and identify your Enneagram type
Curated resources for continued exploration
