Bringing a dynamic, customized program or off-site retreat to your team or organization provides a powerful experience and has lasting impact. As we plan on a virtual or in-person experience, we establish objectives together that are incorporated when creating your program — whether a 1-time experience or an extended program designed to provide continued support for teams, departments, or individual leaders. Whatever the design of the program, ongoing assessment to evaluate the impact of the program for you and your team is part of the process.

Customized workshops and offsites

Whether we begin with a 2- to 3-hour workshop, or a full-day or partial-day program, participants are enriched as they learn for themselves, allowing them to bring stronger leadership to their work.

We can focus on building team cohesion, inspiring creative confidence through a deep understanding of creativity and its power, and helping participants to show up boldly and have their greatest impact. New tools are theirs with which to create and innovate more effectively.

Your needs are addressed in each program

Each program is developed, and the discussions with participants are guided, to relate to the issues you want to address in your work environment. 

In some programs, participants engage in a series of fast-paced, surprising art exercises that open creative channels and build appreciation in each participant of their creative capacity. Psychological safety is a focus so that all feel comfortable diving into experiences that are unfamiliar.

After the creative experience there is rich sharing and focused discussion related to the workplace. Collaborative art experiences often round out these workshops — which is a highlight for teams.

Guidance is provided about the fundamental conditions that can be cultivated to open and access creativity in every aspect of participants’ lives and work. Concrete approaches on ways to create more space for people to do their best work without sacrificing their personal wellbeing are also incorporated into many programs.

Ongoing focus makes all the difference

In meetings to debrief, we assess the way the team participated, the dynamics that showed up, and identify the take-aways. We review what the leader is observing with the team when regular work resumes. We discuss opportunities for the experiences and insights of the program to be integrated and/or expanded for the team, and talk about ways the larger organization can benefit, often mapping out ways to build upon the initial impact of the program.
