Hear yourself again

LIVE BIG LIVE 2026

A retreat for accomplished women at a turning point, where calm, clarity, creative energy, and a grounded next chapter take shape.

Clear space for what matters

Women often arrive at Live Big Live! carrying a great deal; a career in flux, a stretch of burnout, a loss that rearranged everything, or the growing realization that they've been running on other people's priorities for too long.

They question what comes next and miss the feeling of being fully themselves.

This retreat gives you time, guidance, and a beautifully held space to reconnect with what matters most.

With six weeks of structured preparation and a multi-day gathering in Boston, you'll move through a creative, deeply personal process designed by Rochelle Seltzer and leave with clarity about your priorities, trust in your own direction, and real energy for what's ahead.

Set down the weight you carry

You've led teams, built businesses, raised families, earned degrees, and made hard calls.

People rely on you, and you've delivered.

Lately, something has shifted.

Maybe a career transition left you uncertain about what's next. Maybe retirement is on the horizon and the freedom feels more like fog than relief. Maybe burnout wore down your confidence, or grief took more than you expected, or your creative energy went quiet without you noticing.

You're ready for space and support to think clearly, tools to help you act on what you find, and the company of thoughtful women who understand the weight of a full life.

If that sounds like where you are, you belong here.

Live Big Live! serves women who are ready to do real inner work, surrounded by support, structure, and creativity.

What changes here

Women leave this retreat describing shifts they didn't fully expect.

More self-trust.

The mental clutter quiets. Decisions that felt tangled become clear…sometimes for the first time in years.

Clearer priorities.

Rochelle's guided process helps you name what matters to you right now. Your priorities, your timeline, your definition of enough.

Fresh energy.

The kind that comes from reconnecting with parts of yourself you'd been too busy to tend. Participants frequently describe feeling "awake again."

Practical next steps.

You'll leave with a three-month plan grounded in your real values and the tools to revisit it whenever you need direction.

Tools that last.

The frameworks you learn, especially the Discovery Dozen and the personal values map, keep working months and years later. Many past participants still use them daily.

Why this works

At typical workshops insight can fade within weeks.

Rochelle's retreats hold because she combines reflection with expression, and starts the work before you even arrive.

The earlier you join, the sooner you can begin.

Six weeks of prework mean you walk in already grounded in your story, your values, and your patterns. In two private coaching sessions you gain tremendous insights and Rochelle gains a clear picture of who you are, so the group experience goes deeper, faster.

During the retreat, the creative exercises open a different channel, maybe one you are not even aware of.

When you build a collage of who you're becoming, or paint without a plan, or assemble images that express something words haven't quite reached, the insight lands in your body.

You can look at what you made months later and still feel it. Participants surprise themselves with compositions that captured their next chapter more clearly than anything they could have written down.

And, the group itself becomes part of the process.

These experiences draw a particular kind of woman: Accomplished, emotionally generous, honest. Participants consistently say the other women in the room were one of the most unexpected gifts. Something shifts when you're seen and reflected back by people who understand the life you've built and the questions you're carrying.

And the structure keeps working after you leave.

The values framework, the Discovery Dozens, the three-month plan — these travel with you and become part of how you make decisions in daily life.

In their words

"Before the retreat I felt lost and not joyful for what I have. Now I am awake to my life and the rich potential, skills, and gifts I have."

Gretchen

"Before this retreat, I felt overwhelmed by my life. Now I feel like I can manage things in increments."

Leslie

"Before my retreat I was angry and unclear about what I wanted the next chapters of my life to look like. After, I had a map I could come back to time and again to help me focus on the values and mission that are meaningful to me."

Jennifer

"Before this retreat I felt overwhelmed by my over-active brain. Now I have a personal framework to assess my options and make choices that are best for me."

Mary

"I was able to believe in myself again — that I could grow out of the stagnation I had been experiencing for many years."

What you receive

The retreat stretches well beyond the days in Boston.

Here is the full scoop:

  • Six weeks of guided preparation: A discovery sheet arrives each Sunday by email, with a group call each Wednesday evening. You'll build self-knowledge and start connecting with the group weeks before you're in the same room.

  • Two private coaching sessions with Rochelle: One explores your Enneagram type so Rochelle can coach you the way you actually think. The second goes deep on your personal values, the anchor for every decision you'll make during and after the retreat.

  • Multi-day in-person retreat in Boston: Facilitated group sessions, guided creative exercises, structured reflection, and conversation in a thoughtfully curated space with every detail considered.

  • Hands-on creative work: Intuitive painting, vision boards, the Becoming Board collage, and other exercises that surface insight your thinking mind can't reach on its own. You don't need an art background.

  • Small-group facilitation: Rochelle designs and leads every session. The group stays intimate so each woman receives personal attention and room to go deep.

  • A take-home framework: Your values map, your three-month plan, and the Discovery Dozen tool, a practical system for staying grounded and making decisions with clarity long after you're home.

Your questions, answered honestly

How do I find time away from my work and people who need me?

The retreat runs Thursday to Saturday so you spend fewer weekdays away. The prep calls happen Wednesday evenings for about an hour — meaningful and manageable alongside a full schedule.

And let’s be real for a moment: You’ve always been so generous with other people, now is the time to be generous with yourself. Many retreat participants find that their partner or closest friend is the one who says, "Of course you should go."

What if I have no art experience?

You need none. Every creative exercise uses structured prompts and simple materials, and Rochelle guides each step. Women who have never made art often create the pieces that affect them most. The process itself is where discovery happens.

Is it okay to come alone?

Most women do. The prep calls connect you with the group before you arrive, and the small size means no one gets overlooked. You'll feel at ease faster than you expect.

Is this the right season?

If you're in the middle of something hard and ready to look at it with support, this is a strong fit. If you're in a good place and still feel a pull toward something deeper and more intentional, that's a strong reason to come too. The retreat has worked for women in career transitions, retirement, burnout, grief, creative dry spells, and the desire to feel like themselves again.
