Group coaching programs are an exciting opportunity for women looking for coaching to enrich their lives, resolve limitations and chart a path forward, and do it with a small group of like-minded, supportive women.
Say “YES!” to Your Life — Group Coaching Program
A 4-month journey for women ready to bring big change into their lives
Join a small group of women who are ready to step into creating the lives they desire. This program was expanded and updated, based on the huge success of the 3-month Roadmap to Your Future group coaching program. With support and clarity, the women in the program get super-clear about where they are, where they want to go, and how to create and move along a clear path to Living Big.
Being in Rochelle's coaching group gave me clarity that I had been struggling to find, about the path to the future I that wanted to create. I felt a powerful connection to the other terrific women, and while our challenges were all different, I realized I was not alone in wanting to make important shifts in my life.
I found Rochelle’s direction and leadership of the group encouraging and thoughtful. She created an open, inviting space and fostered deep connections for all of us. And, the creative aspects of the engagement were really wonderful. They helped deepen my thinking and enabled me to make substantial progress.
The results have been life-changing.
Following a powerful full-day retreat together, the group meets every two weeks for coaching calls where all of the members share and receive coaching and inspiration.
At the Kick-off Retreat, the group fully bonds. I lead a series of deep, enlightening experiences that help each woman to gain clarity and perspective, and the members of the group truly know one another by the end of the day.
We then meet for coaching calls every two weeks. Prior to each call, a Clarity Creator form is completed. This practice alone is incredibly illuminating. Each woman joins the call with sharp perspective and clarity about the question for which she most needs coaching. On each call I introduce an important theme for us to consider in the coaching.
I joined the coaching group because I spent most of my time – even my free time – working. The diverse nature of the group helped me to realize what I was missing, and I’m very appreciative of that.
I so enjoyed working with Rochelle. She has a great way of being gentle but persistent, and really motivated me to make changes. I’ve taken more time off to enjoy things and spend time with friends/family than I’ve done in years! I feel much more grounded and relaxed.
And, I found the motivation to start an important a project that I’d been thinking about for years. I had terrific support and practical advice for how to begin, and the project is coming together faster than I thought possible.
One of the remarkable things that happens in every group I coach is the support that builds, as the members connect to one another. The bonds that are formed in these groups have been deep and meaningful. Everyone wants to see everyone else grow and thrive, and that spirit is powerful.
At the 2-month point of the program there is an in-person evening MasterMind Session. We gather for dinner and do powerful MasterMind work together, where each woman gets the full attention of the group around a key question she wants help with. I help everyone to prepare for this important evening, and the take-aways are big for each woman.
After attending Rochelle’s Vision Board workshop I found myself able to see so many options and possibilities. I wanted to bring this new approach into all aspects of my life, and joined her group coaching program. I had just made a big change in my life. I’d left a terrible marriage and really wanted to make a commitment to my art and myself.
Working with Rochelle in several of her groups has been like having a wise friend and mother to keep me focused and hold me accountable to making good, productive choices. I have been learning how to communicate better with my children. And I am doing better professionally. I’m taking on new projects, and my work as an artist is taking off. I don’t know if I’d have done all of this without the support of a coach.
I know that having given up on many of the negative stories I told myself has made me so much more accepting of myself. This has been very liberating. Before working with Rochelle, I thought I had to do it all on my own. It’s been so helpful to have her support and guidance, and I have gained wonderful friends, too.
We meet in person again at the end of our 4-months journey for our Closing Retreat day, where we acknowledge and celebrate the big growth and change that each woman has brought into her life, though a series of exercises that support clear reflection. A special part of this important day is that I guide everyone to create a significant piece of art to capture her change, inspiration, learning and expansion. These pieces are cherished and serve as ongoing reminders of the big growth that each woman has experienced.
The outcomes are different for each woman in the group, but each has done big work that ushers in remarkable growth and change.
